Washing instructions
How to Not Ruin Your New Favorite Shirt
- Cold water only — hot water is for overachievers.
- Turn it inside out before washing — protect that graphic you're gonna wear until it falls apart.
- Gentle detergent only — this garment-dyed cotton is chill, keep it that way. Skip the bleach and harsh stuff; they'll fade the color faster than a cheap set of strings.
- First wash might bleed a little, so keep it away from your fancy whites for round one.
- Hard pass on fabric softener — it messes with the texture, and this shirt's already soft enough to nap in.
Drying (a.k.a. the low-and-slow method)
- Air dry if you can — best way to dodge shrinkage and keep that broken-in feel. Bonus: more time for snacks.
- Dryer? Low heat only, delicate setting. High heat shrinks shirts and breaks hearts.
- Grab it while it's warm — pull it out as soon as it's dry so the wrinkles don't move in.
Ironing (if you must)
- Never iron straight on the graphic. Flip the shirt inside out or throw a pressing cloth over it — think of it like using a capo, a little barrier goes a long way.
